2. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, you may carry out a return in cases that meet the following conditions:

• Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Conditions: Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, complete and non-personalized.
• Return Process: Notify your return request via the contact form, and send the product after receiving our approval.

3. Returns and Exchanges

• Faulty or Defective Product: If you detect an error or defect on delivery, contact us immediately. The faulty product will be replaced free of charge.
• Ineligible Returns: Used, damaged or products removed from their original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

4. Refund

• For approved returns, your payment is refunded via the payment method you used at purchase within 7 business days at the latest.
• Shipping costs are covered by us only for faulty or defective products.
